      Pros

      There is never a dull moment! This company is so much fun to work for - music playing all around the office, relaxed dress, company outings and happy hours. Management makes a point to stay involved in the every day activities and motivates the office. Everyone is encouraged to enjoy their job and their hard work is noticed and appreciated. The benefits are awesome and there are a ton of perks. The location is beautiful and everyone loves it!

      Cons

      This job is definitely not for everyone - the atmosphere can be distracting for some people that prefer a quiet workplace. If you get stressed easily, then I would hesitate to recommend NTG. However, if you like to be busy and thrive in a fast-paced environment then come on over!!

      Pros

      The company is fast moving and aggressive. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Work hard play hard environment. There is a ton of room for advancement. Young, energized, and well educated employees drive the company for long term success.

      Cons

      No cons you wouldn't find from any other employer. Work on the turnover rate! There is no reason for an employee to be unhappy working here. More one on one time with brokers & branch managers to help avoid slumps.

      -Very rewarding for those who are motivated -Rapidly growing company so lots of advancement opportunity -Competitive pay with base plus commission -Fun team atmosphere

      Cons

      -Not the place to work if you are looking to simply clock in at 8am and clock out at 5pm. It becomes a lifestyle.
