But this was the worst place that has ever been my displeasure to work at. They made promises on perks they never intended to fulfill and the office cliques were nauseating. They could give a crap less about you as a person or your well-being and they have no problem making that apparent to the employees that don't fit their office clique narrative or those they so blatantly looked down upon. They only care about how much money you can bring in for them. Don't ever expect these people to genuinely care that you're a person.

Management is not what you would expect. They will tell you to keep pushing on the phones but will not give you any support to close deals. Most of the time they will say "It is not your job" when it comes to following through with closed deals. There is no buisness sense on the metrics they base their employee status on. They care for everything but your success in this position. SOP for account protection is if they like you enough. Accounts that you work with will go stale and be passed to the company, leaving you with a hole in your pocket. They will keep raising your goals until it is practically unatainable. Exec needs to ask their employees what they can do better. There is no sense of bettering the company through their employees. Job security is a month by month basis.
