The Atmosphere is amazing, and you really do become friends with everyone you work with. It is a great place to learn how to do so many different things. Management really do care about there jobs, but there whole life is dedicated to the job and that will be expected of you.

Cons

The constant pressure to work overtime is what will burn you out of this job. If you have any want for work life balance you will not have it here. Before you consider working here do some research on how much of a decrease there has been with trucks. Too many logistics companies not enough trucks. Overall take the job, learn from it and move on before it sucks the life out of you.

Work take over your life. Corporate keeps pushing for more and more no matter well of a month you had.

Not somewhere you want to have a career, family and friends of the CEO are the CFO, COO, and all the top management.
