      Pros

      The work stress and poor management will make you a stronger person and prepare you to work anywhere else.

      Cons

      - Poor Management - Constant micromanagement and poor work environment - long hours and not mentioned but expected to work over time - depending on your customer, your customers can be extremely rude and unprofessional - work life balance is completely out the window if you don't live and breathe "Sales" and NTG.

The market has been up and down lately and we have to adjust alongside it, so changes to processes are expected as we optimize and grow.
