Wasteful Changes

Pros

If you like things changing all the time for no good reason, this is the place for you!

Cons

In order to get severance, they made me sign a paper that they could sue me if I said anything bad about them. They plan about two weeks ahead sometimes a month, at best. Small company mentality. When managing a small company you can change plans frequently like that but not a company this size. They waste a LOT of money because of poor planning. This is a terrible place to work, unless you are desperate. You have been warned!

Thanks for sharing your feedback and sorry you didn't have a good experience working here! The freight industry certainly keeps us on our toes and often requires last-minute adjustments. Some of this is due to industry ebbs and flows that are out of our control, but we certainly recognize the need for better long-term planning despite the market. Please reach out to our VP of Culture directly if you want to discuss this in more detail (natalie.cook@ntgfreight.com)

Thanks for your feedback! Glad you had a good experience. It can definitely be a grind to build up your book of business, but that hard work pays off when you land great accounts and can shift your focus to growing them instead of making so many cold calls! Typically after the first 6-12months, we start to see the shift.

Thanks for your feedback! The freight market was pretty rough earlier this year, but we're excited things are looking up!
