Pros

I joined about a year ago and working at Nooks has been a really positive experience so far! I've always worked in startups and, from day one, I could tell I made the right decision joining Nooks. Everyone's incredibly smart, humble, and cares a lot. People here work really hard, the customers love the product (which makes everyone's job easier), and it feels like your contributions really matter.

Cons

Definitely not a 9-5 job, but they're very clear about it in Recruiting.

- beating competition handily - great people - revenue & team growing - high transparency culture overall really good company with high ceiling

- internal communication could improve especially engineering to sales and customer support - leadership changes - fast pace of change, both a pro and a con
