Pros

We're growing revenue 4x year over year because Nooks customers are raving fans. I've never seen this much customer love at any company I've worked at. This, plus an amazing culture, makes it such a fun place to work. Everyone across the team - product, eng, marketing, sales, CS, support, etc. instills the company values "Extreme Ownership", "Customer Love", and "Be a Good Person" making sure we deliver the best product and experience to customers.

Cons

We have high expectations and move really quickly so there's a lot of work. But I don't mind because it's high ownership and great fun :)

Pros

I can say that this is one of the sharpest, highest driven teams I've worked with. People here truly care about the mission and care about each other. If you want to be on a winning team, I recommend interviewing at Nooks. There is no micro-managing here.

Cons

It's a startup so people here work hard but also care a lot about the mission.
