Pros

Team Mentality - Everyone wants to see eachother succeed and our customers to succeed. Product Innovation - It's exciting to be working with a team that is product focus and is ahead of the game of product innovation. Our team loves feedback and they actually will act on that feedback. Customer Love - Our solution has an impact on sellers because it helps them generate more $$ --> more commission. It's a core part of our customers day to day workflow.

Cons

Only con would be that we could optimize our benefit package a little more.

Pros

We're growing revenue 4x year over year because Nooks customers are raving fans. I've never seen this much customer love at any company I've worked at. This, plus an amazing culture, makes it such a fun place to work. Everyone across the team - product, eng, marketing, sales, CS, support, etc. instills the company values "Extreme Ownership", "Customer Love", and "Be a Good Person" making sure we deliver the best product and experience to customers.

Cons

We have high expectations and move really quickly so there's a lot of work. But I don't mind because it's high ownership and great fun :)
