Pros

Noom is enthusiastic, tight knit community of mold-breakers whose talent is exceeded only by its warmth. It's quirky team, internally referred to as the Noomily, works hard and plays harder. From co-founders to interns, the Noom team stays connected over a home cooked lunch prepared by the one and only Noom Chef Jane. Noom's brilliant leadership team inspires each Noomer to be as creative and diligent as possible while promoting a great work life balance.

Cons

Noom moves at such a fast pace that it can seem overwhelming. Luckily, teams work closely together to make sure that everyone gets the support they need to be successful.

Pros

I look forward to coming to work everyday. The team really feels like one big family that uplifts, challenges, and genuinely enjoys spending time with one another. The work is collaborative, innovative, and exciting to be a part of. I have been at Noom for nearly a year, but the pride in our product and the passion for our shared vision was contagious from the minute I walked in the door. It is truly an environment that brings out the best in everyone involved. But more importantly...we have wine and beer.

Cons

Start ups can be challenging for those who are not used to working in a fast-paced environment.
