High energy, high growth startup -- tons of fun (and room for growth)
Pros
I feel lucky to come to work with the people here every day. Everyone is super-smart &-driven -- and really supportive of one another, too. The strong mission orientation of the company keeps everyone connected to something bigger than any one individual or pet project, which makes work much more fulfilling on a day-to-day basis. The international scope is really unique for such a young company -- and means there is tons of opportunity to grow. The company really puts its money where its mouth is too - supporting employees' quest to live healthy lives with meals on-sit, yoga classes in the office, and gym benefits. The communal lunches and afternoon smoothies and healthy snacks are amazing - I've never worked anywhere where the entire company stopped working to break bread together.
Cons
You have to love the pace of startups - but that's not a con if it's in your DNA.
