      Pros

      Nordson is a solid performing company offering very stable employment with fair compensation. Ability to define your own job/work if you have the will and perseverance to make your case and show results.

      Cons

      Very conservative and mostly older workforce. Very dull work environment. Unfortunately, the products produced by the division I work in are not at all that clamorous/high-tech, so talking about what you do outside of work is pretty much a non-starter.

      Very good company to work for. Highly ethical company. Treats employees fairly and with respect. Fast growing company that provides employees opportunity for growth. Very involved in the communities where Nordson does business.

      There is no real downside.
