Pros
This is a great company that takes very good care of their employees. The culture is very laid back. They offer high salaries and good benefits.
Cons
As noted above, the culture is laid back. This contributes to big time complacency. People are not motivated to do much. There is absolutely no training in this company. You are expected to learn on your own. It took me a few years just to understand the basics of what we sell. Management does not clearly outline the goals and objectives.
