Work like hell and dont get any respect or overtime payment. Work on weekends ,one work day ,one day off..no management and no hr..all time mess around..working place matrix technologies

low level staff..no management.no workng times..no support for colleguess.everyone keep teir knowledge they own so no one really teach you..total mess all time..no planinig anythign
