      Pros

      Lots of freedom to get along with people great production staff they treat you like an adult no micromanaging poor management.

      Cons

      no room for advancement poor reviews and raises production staff takes more heat when orders are late not the root cause of the problems and treat temp workers poorly.

      Pros

      Great work environment with great management. Employees stay there for decades! I worked in the IT department at Asymtek

      None really! I'm not saying things couldn't improve, but it was the best place I have ever worked.

      Good money. Location (Colchester) was a lovely town....

      Cons

      Professional experience ignored. Very much of a clique who makes all the decisions. No chances to expand skills. Old technology (15+ years old). No planning (using 'agile' company as an excuse for not planning). Paranoid management - relevant information not shared among engineers, so impossible to really make adequate plans for delivery of projects.
