      Pros

      Working with customers at different sites, To see customers happiness when their system back to action Daily learning new things while working on different systems showing the customers' how to troubleshoot and make them comfortable with their system operation.

      Cons

      Extended period of away from home even though I enjoy traveling and the time difference to working with the main office for some help for parts or troubleshoot.

      new machines new plant good people to work with. millturns and lathes with live tooling. good working averment they are will to do what ever to get you the traing you are needed to do your job

      working conductions. with that said we are working in a new plant that is under construction. cant wait for it to get better
