      Pros

      The company has a friendly working environment with a lot of growth opportunity. With the right attitude, it should get you far. It is no wonder some staffs are willing to stay for a long time.

      Cons

      Some processes may not be very organized, causing confusion and at times frustrations, as it seems like fire fighting most of the time. However, you may also treat this as an opportunity to understand the company better, and improvise current processes.

      A good company in the domain of coating and adhesive systems, market leader in the industry with good working culture and value based management. Since it caters to various market segments, the business and hence also the persons employed have a stable career.
