      Pros

      Good medical/dental/vision benefits, paid holiday shutdown, able to work from home or use flex time defending on manager, great people to work with, friendly environment. Many workers have been with this company for over 20 yrs

      Cons

      Have to aggressively pursue competitive compensation and opportunities. Some areas seem to be at odds with others, would rather point fingers than work together to solve some issues. Focus on delivery over quality.

      Being a regional manager I didn't have to deal with the "in the office" drama, bt I hear there was plenty

      Plenty of drama, luckily I wasn't a part of it.
