Friendly work atmosphere. Co-workers helpful and engaging. Realistic work expectations. Good learning environment.

Cons

Training is very hands-off. Lots of computer work (may be job dependent though).

Positive, but challenging work environment.

Pros

Good benefits, especially PTO. Middle management is mostly new and very motivated to bring in new ideas and really help improve things with their experiences in other positions/companies.

Cons

Job expectations are extremely high and everyone learns to become a "jack of all trades" due to a mostly older workforce that does not want to adapt to new processes or ways of thinking.
