      Pros

      A growing company that still has a small-company feel to it; Contributions can really make a difference; Strong company culture with respect for people and customer passion at its center.

      Cons

      Because of its strong focus on execution, can sometimes be slow to make strategic change, though leadership is setting the right direction.

      New technology is needed to revitalize sales & staff

      Pros

      Generous paid time off policy with average benefits. Stable work. Many different groups provide chance to learn different industries and products lines.

      Cons

      Most on technical staff do not have the chance to use all of paid time off. Long hours are expected. Mediocre growth, supported by recycled technology from 20 years ago. No real investment in ground breaking new technology. Office politics can make for a miserable existence, culture of poor morale. Low raises, must get money on the way into company.
