      Pros

      The Salary is constant; however it seems that layoffs are pretty cyclical.

      Cons

      The politics are pretty heavy. There are a lot of backbiting too to get ahead.

      Pros

      The work load is reasonable, but not overwhelming. Plenty of opportunities to showcase your abilities to the company. Management is open and understanding when it comes to personal and professional issues. Company is very community focused with lots of volunteering opportunities.

      Cons

      Average age of employees is very high. Fair amounts of bureaucracy embedded into company culture. Not too much collaboration between business groups.

      Growing at a steady, high rate. Is the global leader in many markets served. Profit sharing when profitable.

      Cons

      Top-down corporate management has eroded the morale of many hard-working people. The culture was once very bottom-up, where individuals had considerable input about the work they did. That has reversed.
