      Nice company to work for but needs some improvement

      Pros

      Fairly good work life balance, a lot depends on the actual relationship with direct manager. The culture seemed pretty laid back and enjoyable and people are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      PTO is considered just that. There is no difference between sick time and vacation time. There needs to be more transparency between upper management and what is communicated by direct management on the performance of the company. Surprise RIFs can happen. Salary review process is terrible and needs more structure, it is very ambiguous and raises are poor, if you don't start with a good starting salary you will not be satisfied with the raises.

      Friend colleagues and strong sales team; not so complicated hierarchy and good people to work with. Benefit is satisfying

      A lot of improvement on internal process and operational management

      Pros

      On site support system is great. Everyone works toward common goals and people are always willing to help each other to learn new things and better the work environment.

      Cons

      Corporate decisions are made without regard to individual site needs. Decision makers are off site, making daily work life difficult to quantify. It is an arduous process to gain new equipment and fulfill labor needs.
