      Pros

      I really can't think of too many pros that would truly mean anything. If someone says that the people are great, then they just can't think of anything else. I could say people, but you could say that about so many companies. Management is good at keeping performance in line with expectations for financials.

      Cons

      Like any other traditional or larger corporation, bureaucracy and politics abound. Lots of wasted effort and energy. Hard work seems more appreciated than smart work.

      Pros

      Starting pay is good, they start you higher than the long term employees make.

      Cons

      There is no room for advancement if you are good at your job. They don't give raises to get you above what new hires make. Management treats you like garbage. There is no reward for years of service or incentive for doing a good job. They promote employees that fail in assigned areas.
