None! It is all about making fiscal quarters and bouncing numbers around to make things look good. Terrible management structure and the only way to move up the ladder is to be a “yes, yes, yes” person.

Back stabbing environment with zero regard for their employees.

The best part is the Christmas shutdown week Co-workers are good and willing to help all the time Flex Time

Cons

Lots of last minute overtime. Company needs to hire more employees instead of asking their current ones to continue working extra time! No concern for employees' personal commitments
