Growing at a steady, high rate. Is the global leader in many markets served. Profit sharing when profitable.

Cons

Top-down corporate management has eroded the morale of many hard-working people. The culture was once very bottom-up, where individuals had considerable input about the work they did. That has reversed.

Heavy travel, no management support until problems escalate then finger pointing begins.

Cons

Typical corporation that puts shareholders in front of customers and employees. Sad, as this company was previously held privately by the founding family that gave back to the community and truly cared about its customers and employees. Work/life balance will be poor unless you fight to keep it balanced.
