Absolutely nothing to list as pros

Cons

The company is mandating everyone to work from the office, there is absolutely no flexibility about working remotely. There is no PTO. The management is so poor that they are always behind deadlines, constantly changing goals and requirements, forcing their employees to work long hours and weekends.

It used to be an amazing place where people would stay until they retired. They cared about their employees and mostly the community.

Cons

You are a number. The CEO is a joke. It’s his way or the highway. Does not play well with others. Many of the upper management is afraid of him and losing their jobs.
