Hardly any, except maybe pay.

Cons

- Managers and Supervisors not following company procedures, blowing it off and hardly caring when it's brought to their attention. - People standing around not doing anything on the line and watching others work, then coming in shouting that they're not doing any work. - Pettiness with no interest in helping those willing to work hard improve.
