Get a week off for Christmas and New Years.

Cons

New management clearly only sees people as numbers. Low pay. Yes man culture with new management. New vision by upper management has killed all business for EPS devision in Carlsbad and whatever is left is getting moved to China. All focus is on reducing overhead and head count which in turn reduces quality and customer satisfaction.

Has pretty good workplace culture (good coworkers, higher management- not so much)

Cons

High turnover since the company has frequent layovers as higher management choose profit over people. On boarding is pretty bad since there is limited staff and no designated training staff.
