Pros

Kindest people I've worked with. Very pro-diversity with at least 3 ERGs. They reach out to the community and do a lot of work with philanthropic causes. Pro mentorship and internship opportunities.

Cons

Sales-driven company. I feel upper management does not value engineers at all, particularly electrical engineers. I felt misunderstood and not listened to.

Hard working employees. Philanthropic presence in the community. Unsung heroes among product lines. We make the products that help make the products people use everyday. The history of this company is rich with innovation and dedication to its product and employees.

Cons

Shifting from historical innovation and dedication to product and employees to a corporate outlook only focused on margins. Losing ability to retain employees. Management no longer seeing the value of employees or their input. Preference of yes men rather than independent thought.
