Great coworkers and staff. Decent benefits. Direct employees maintain excellent values. Nice location.

Cons

Upper management has lost their way. New leaders, at the direction of the CEO, are destroying a once great business by focusing purely on implementation of corporate directives rather than providing great customer service. Focused on the bottom line with little thought about impact on people. Many layoffs.
