Since new Senior Management and CEO there are no Pros.

Pay and Benefits have gotten worse, $ over people philosophy. Leadership hides from questions. You are not allowed an opinion on anything. All suggestions are viewed as negative. No Culture to speak of other than work a million hours so the rich get richer. No Transparency. Leadership does not communicated anything at anytime. Zero training on any aspect of anything. No promotion opportunities, not recognition for anything unless you make even the most minor of mistakes then they make just fire you...
