Pros

- Engaging and wonderful staff - Quick and easy access to engineering staff and leadership - Small teams of dedicated and talented individuals

Cons

- A bit of stagnation in positions without room for growth, which was being addressed when I left the company so this may have changed. - A lot of the code base was complex without easy access to documentation or training on it, and it took some time to become fluent with it. Since I worked there, this improved a lot and maintenance/development became more streamlined.

Pros

Good Company with great benefits. Job is smooth when you know what you are doing and stress is minimal. Office days are at home / remote. Get to see array of industries and many different types of applications.

Cons

Low Job Security. Long hours and heavy travel is required and can be long throughout depending on region. Hired for sales and have full sales budget but you have at least 50 % service duties decreasing ability to achieve or work on sales aspect of the job.
