Pros
Decent discount at 20%, I made some close friends while there as well. A lot of recent college graduates like myself.
Cons
The salaries are quite low, like poverty low. You either make your commission or hourly wage, the hourly wage was 50 cents above minimum wage when I was there. Even if you become manager the pay is not great either, you'd make about $15-20/hr if you break it down. Clearly most of my coworkers still lived with Mom and Dad cause there is no way a single mother or someone on their own could afford to live on these "salaries." Its funny now when I walk in this store and people snub you cause of how you look/dress when in reality they're barely making anything, its sad really. Also, I would have to do stock/back room tasks which technically you don't get paid for if you just get paid for commission.
