      Pros

      Great pay for retail and will make you emotionally strong and extremely patient. After working this job you can virtually put up with any sort of abuse. CEO is amazing. Unfortunately somewhere up the corporate pyramid this gets lots in translation though.

      Cons

      All cons related to management. Unorganized, unqualified, demeaning, passive aggressive, harbors impossible expectations, exhibits extreme favoritism, has no regard for the well being of employees, condescending, threatening, unable to receive constructive criticism, suffers from illusions of grandeur. Just a downright psychologically toxic environment to work in.

      Pros

      The good news is if you stay long enough, you can transfer to a Nordstrom store, which has a much better work environment.

      Cons

      Extremely judgmental management, employees are expected to do everything including clean the bath rooms due to low staffing in the support area and Low Pay

      Nice co-workers, good benefits, store discounts

      Cons

      Call center sets very unrealistic expectations for success. Don't count on the bonus. Your evaluators will remove points for using words such as 'should' which apparently conveys a sense of uncertainty so not only are you judged on compliance, adherence, accuracy, and call time you basically also need to relearn to speak English.
