Pros

Good store discount, good 401k match. The culture was good.

Cons

1. The whole IT department is a mess. 2. The developers are treated as second class. My manager stated that we are just coders. 3. When employee leaves, the managers don't give farewell lunches for developers, but take out business people. 4. The managers push developers to work crazy hours.

Big company, little pay

Pros

Casual work environment, cool offices, free coffee, beer, pop.

Cons

Acts like they are "fun" and "care about you" buy you're a replaceable telephone rep. Limited growth and little pay. Hours are long and early (Satudays and Sundays at 8am?!). Work is for a robot.

Pros

The benefits package is great with a 401k. Discount is great and at times of the year it is a bit higher.

Cons

No growth, lots of cliques, they play favorites, micromanaged, unprofessional environment, ineffective hr, pay is a lot lower, the open door policy is nonexistent, money is spent on unnecessary items for the company rather than employees pay checks, start up there will be no change.
