Pros

Clean, safe, technology. Loss prevention staff were great, always there when you need them.

Cons

Hired as full time, hours given ultimately depend on store sales. Highly stressful, managers constantly talking in headphones about opening charge accounts. Under staffed. Horrible store manager. Miserable experience.

Pros

Some great, passionate, and dedicated people. A few good managers (Accessories and Shoes). Good hourly pay for part-time retail.

Cons

Management in general are task masters not leaders. They play favorites and don't have a clue what people are doing if outside of their own department. The store manager is a joke; he never strays from his office. How does a store manager manage that way? There is no such thing as leadership by example here. Rovers are treated like crap. Not only is there an assumption that these employees are stupid, but they get stuck doing all of the crummy tasks no one wants to do. Horrible way to create teamwork and retention.
