Pros

The best reason to work at Nordstrom are the interactions that you get when working with your customers. Also the relationship that you build

Cons

The cons would be the employees arguing over the sales and the lack of managerial experience Also the slow season.

Pros

Good pay, Benefits are great for retail. Good way to meet a variety of people (customers).

Cons

Their "promote from within" policy can be a benefit, but in many circumstances, hinders Nordstrom's full potential. In other words, they will promote an individual even if he/she is not the best fit for that certain position. Retail hours vary, no steady amount of hours guaranteed
