Pros

Famous Company that attracts people, product category is versatile. The support team is very helpful. A good place to earn some experience.

Cons

Too much competition among sales people as the company hires more people than actually needed. Hard to get promotion even if you sell very well. Worst, as the paycheck is mostly commission based and return product will be deducted from your compensation. the unlimited return policy makes you impossible to earn a lot. It is very normal for you to get 40% of return and you need to sell more and more to make up for it. Sometimes you feel yourself doing meaningless things.
