Pros

You work as hard as you want to; you build your client base and function as your own company using the product Nordstrom offers as a means to attract your clients. If you put in the effort and time not only are you rewarded with a returning customer base, you also see the results in your paycheck.

Cons

Not much free time at all, when there is sales, which is always you need to go in to meet clients even if it's your day off. Mind you this is from the perspective of someone not working in kids this is from a full time Designer position. I'm there to make money, this isn't a side job. Schedule isn't usually the same so it's hard to make plans but if you reach out in advance you can get time off/paid time off. I
