Pros

Fairly generous discount, tons of different co-workers throughout the departments so lots of opportunities for friendship, my manager was kind and easy to get along with

Cons

Constant threat of termination based on sales not overall work performance or ethics, tons of turnover, surprisingly difficult to acquire full time benefits due to hours being cut (something I'd never experienced in jobs before)
