Pros

Decent benefits (ie. life insurance, stock options), great wage for server at minimum (7.50) + tips. Better than working as a server at regular franchise imo.

Cons

Management used to be amazing for the first year I worked there, then everybody either got promoted or left and the new management was terrible / sub par.

-Best Retail job because you get rewarded for your sales (commission) -Lots of incentives to sell -Free products every now and then -Discount

Cons

-Must start at the bottom -Don't need a college degree -Cliques -Hours during anniversary sale..or any sale -Not too fond of the work./life blanace
