Pros

- Typically leaves a good taste in peoples mouth with regards to sales experience and customer service expertise - "Full time" is 34+ hours - Great customers from time to time

Cons

- Unless you want to be a floor manager, it's a dead end retail job - CATTY CATTY CATTY! Fellow salespeople are only watching out for their own commissions, while management is only watching out for their ability to impress the buyers and other higher-ups - When the economy's bad, you have zero customers -The footwear (as a female) that you have to wear. 6 months of nothing but heels/flats have permanently messed up my bone structure in my feet.

Pros

The Discount. Looks like Management are writing reviews for Glassdoor. This was not a good company to work for, do not be mislead.

Cons

The management structure is biased and disfunctional. They promote based on loyalty rather than competence. Very old school company trying to run a corporation like a Ma and Pa store.

Pros

Great pay and incentives, room for advancement and promotions are from within. Benefits include medical dental 401 profit sharing stock purchase.

Cons

No set schedules, sitting at your desk for long periods, on phone for all of your shift, can't schedule vacations in November or December.
