Pros

High percentage commission Good benefits Looks good on resume Good management Promotes from within

Cons

Commission only is tough, makes for competitive environment and employees stealing sales Return policy is unlimited and counts against you Numbers to make to stay in program are ridiculously high, and hard to do now with the recession

Pros

- Great compensation if you sell a lot... - Tons of benefits - Good discount - Friendly fellow employees - Satisfaction of helping customers

Cons

- ...if you don't push sales on people then you get "pay period chats" where they basically talk down to you for not forcing sales on customers - Managers play favorites
