Pros

Love fashion, product knowledge events, building a client base

Cons

Returns, returns, returns. You work on commision and you can sell the whole store but because of Nordstrom's rediculous open return policy, which attracts every scam artist on the planet, you eat the returns and there goes your paycheck.

Pros

I loved working at Nordstroms. Not only did I learn a lot about the retail industry I was also rewarded whenever I would meet my daily sales goals.

Cons

There are a lot of high expectations and it can sometimes be a little weary to constantly be worrying about meeting daily goals.

Pros

Nordstrom offers a wide range of divisions within it's doors for one to find their niche and be successful. Whether you're in sales or support, if you are truly 'customer- service oriented', ambitious and driven opportunities are abound in both earning potential and growth within.

Cons

As with most retailers, schedule flexibility during Holiday and sale times can be tough. Hard when you have vacation time but can't enjoy it with your family.
