Pros

Getting to work with the latest trends and fashion. Continuous training on technology, seasonal trends and selling skills classes.

Cons

The hourly pay because it is commission based if you have a bad selling week you get paid very little and a lot of the time it has nothing to do with your selling skills because some people return items regardless of how much you know or how much time/energy you spent with them. Department managers are not willing to look at themselves and make changes where necessary, very stuck in their ways.

Pros

Great money during certain sales throughout the year They sharpen customer service skills and take your to a whole new level of customer service understanding

Cons

Straight commission for sale floor employees, if you want time off you must request it a month in advance with very minimal feedback until the schedule it made.
