Pros

Good people to work with, unlimited earning potential, employee discount, get to see new fashions early, you will learn a lot

Cons

Promotions given only on sales, not on management potential, hours are long especially during sales, you will only make good money about 4 months out of the year.

Pros

you can't beat the culture. great colleagues. open communication on all levels. amazing product. great training sets.

Cons

for management. the amount of time and work put into some departments is ridiculous with not adequate pay support with stock help is a joke. too many processes!!!! at my store support managers are more supported than selling managers (i'm one of the top departments in my store and in my region) we're only paid on 86.5 hours a pay period but usually work about 100+ hours salary so we get no overtime.
