Nordstrom has great benefits for emplyees Nordstrom has an open door policy Nordstrom has great opportunity for growth Nordstrom promotes from within Nordstrom invests in training employees

Cons

Nordstrom Rack is usually understaffed The Rack environment can be sometimes stressful Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack has a high rate of staff turnovers

Pros

Great company to work for. Promote from within policy. Makes It easier to advance and develop within the company. Merchandise is fabulous also

Cons

A lot of competition between coworkers. Makes it harder to meet sales goals ( most positions are commission based) but overall a great place to work
