Pros

Co-workers become family Benefits after 6 mos. work, but be aware of deduction from already small paycheck Great way to keep up with latest fashions

Cons

Management stifling progress of some employees while allowing others to progress - "rules" in place that aren't company policy, simply manager made rules to cover her own actions Many dept. managers aren't capable of managing large teams
