Pros

-Discounts 20% Holiday 30% -Unpaid days off when it's off season -Working from home -Easy work -Self Guided training -Average for Atlanta metro area call centers -Bonus money possibility

Cons

-Self-guided rushed training. The training was not the best. -Your calls are scored by the QA department and they take off for stupid things. (rules stay changing and it's not constant) _When it isn't Christmas or Anniversary they reduce your hours and use the dog mess out of you for Christmas and Anniversary -Constant team lead switching (mine drove me to quit) -The work is boring as watching paint dry. -High insurance deductibles -No insurance for part-time employees -Discounts must be used with a third party gift card or Nordstrom retail or debit card.

Pros

-Bar -Co-workers -Clients -Rooftop -"Unlimited Vacation" - Only if you are exceeding your goals otherwise do not request -Nordstrom Discount -Get to dress casually and on-trend -If you come out on top you really do have career growth opportunities, but they will push you out fast if they decide they don't want you in leadership role

Cons

-Fear-based leadership from CEO -Sales Directors act like sorority girls, gossiping where teammates can hear them bash others -High stress and high sales goals - it can be done but the burnout rate is crazy here -Getting forced to style women even if you're a male or female who is not interested - takes more time and lower sales -Never allowed to go off the clock for more than a day, demanding clients and leaders want you to always be on your email and app. even during holidays

Pros

Working with new technology, ahead of the curve as far as continuous integration, code quality, test coverage etc.

Cons

During my last 4 months management has been a core issue, very opinionated, rude, and constructive criticism isnt taken well. Many engineers have left including myself, as well as top product people.
