Pros

Higher than normal starting salary. Good employee benefits. Supportive team. Comfortable work uniform. Opportunity to move up in the company.

Cons

Management turnover led to store disorganization. Management had problems keeping some employees motivated and made sure their doing their job. Not all employees cared about the company and their job, and it should in their behavior.

Pros

The Rack is probably the best retail store to work at. I've worked at many other places but the friendliness of the entire staff and environment makes this ones of the better places to work at.

Cons

Sometimes it can be understaffed and some employees would be up on the register instead of working their own department so that they can open up accounts, I found this to be very annoying
