Quite a good company with challenges, but relocation options aren't good

Pros

Many challenging projects, which have large impact. Great working environment and they do their best to keep highly evaluated specialists. Flexible hours, quite OK benefits package. Really amazing and smart people around you, who are willing to share their knowledge.

Cons

No profit-sharing bonuses anymore. Transferring and finding a position in company's other offices (countries) is very difficult.
